Executive Summary
Blue Seal! collects only the absolute bare minimum data needed to execute your commands, protect your servers with antinuke and automod, and power the web dashboard. We never sell your data, never log private messages, and never record voice audio.
01. Definitions
Bot refers to Blue Seal! and any associated sub-bots, shards, or services operating under the Blue Seal! name.
Dashboard refers to the web control panel used to configure the Bot.
Server refers to a Discord guild that has added the Bot.
You refers to any Discord user interacting with the Bot.
02. Information We Collect
2.1 Automatically Collected: Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, command logs (90-day retention), and ephemeral automod word scans.
2.2 Server Config: Custom prefixes, log channel IDs, mod role IDs, antinuke/antiraid thresholds.
2.3 Moderation Records: Warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, antinuke action logs.
2.4 Feature Data: Music track titles and voice channel ID (never voice audio), Economy/Leveling XP and balances.
2.5 Dashboard: Discord OAuth2 approved scopes (username, avatar, managed servers).
2.6 What We NEVER Collect: Passwords, voice/audio streams, direct messages, payment card information.
08. Data Retention & 5-Day Server Purge
If Blue Seal! is removed from a server, all server configurations and moderation logs are automatically purged within 5 days. Command logs are deleted after 90 days.
